We saw our house for the first time in the summer of 2019. It took some time to arrange everything. The first papers to sign, the second official papers at the notary ten months later, the emigration, the renovation and finally this year moving into the house.
In the meantime, I wrote a few blogs about the house-buying process in Portugal. Since I didn\u2019t have a website to post them on, I am posting them now on this new website. It\u2019s kind of a backward house blog because these are the oldest posts, and the website posts the blogs chronologically. I also need some time to upload those blogs… It is interesting to read how we end up in a totally different world within Europe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
